My experience at Moss . Was a good experience, I worked with the internet manager as I did when I bought my tundra back in 2006. Both made the whole buying experience enjoying and I will come back next time I want to buy a car.

My experience at Moss was more than expected, great Jeep and price unbeatable. Jony was pleasant and very helpful. I just sorry I had to go so far, 54 miles, as I live in Palm Springs. I have already told my daughter about Moss for when she is ready to get a new vehicle.

After losing our construction company and going through a bankruptcy, I really thought the worst would happen when we decided to downsize on the car, I want to thank Junior Carrillo and Abdul for being so understanding , patient and knowledable..... It was 2pm on November 30th. I had no intention of buyinh a new Dodge RAM 1500 truck that day. I was seeking information about the truck's features. I had already checked the similar Ford and Chevrolet models. I was on the internet searching, when I got a call from Moss Bros... and transferred to Jony Evangelista, Internet Sales Manager. I told him what I was looking for and within minutes He emailed me a full print-out of the features and the color I was looking for. (I like all colors as long as it silver!) We came to a good financial agreement... trading in my '09 Honda Pilot. By 8pm that evening, my new truck was in my driveway... Papers signed, and the Honda Driven Away. I have purchased over 140 vehicles in my driving life (Yeah... I am an old guy!) and no previous transaction was this easy... i.e. I never left my home! Kudos to your sales staff... They are TERRIFIC... Incidentally, I have purchased three other vehicles from your San Bernardino dealership in the past... and by the way... the RAM IS SUPER!

I have bought other vehicles in the past from other dealerships and none have reached the excellence I have seen and felt in years. The two people I worked with principally were John Christian and Ray Wisman. Both were pleasant and straight forward, a pleasure to work with. They probably still got the better of the deal in my bargaining with them but I enjoyed the experience. I had the same good experience with your Chevy dealership in Moreno a few months ago.

When I walked into
the Dealership I was greeted and felt comfortable. My Salesperson was Dawayne
and he took the time to show me every used car, and I feel that I made the
right choice. I went from an 18% loan to a 5% loan. I just love Moss Bros.

morning, I want to let you know that I absolutely love my new car. Your
dealership was the only one in the area that had the colors and options I
wanted, and it was worth the 90 mile drive to get it. Overall, I found the
sales experience to be pleasant with one exception. The reason I had chosen
your dealership in the first place was because it was part of the USAA
network which allowed me to get a good deal without having to haggle over the
price. A win win for everyone - or so I thought. Somehow, the sales manager
that was on duty that morning was not able to figure out the USAA deal and it
took almost an hour of intense negotiations to finally get what I wanted. So
much for the no haggle experience. In
the end I did get the car I wanted and at the price I had originally agreed
to - so all is good. I was very impressed with the salesman as he did
everything within his power to keep me happy and calm throughout the entire
experience. When things got heated he
was able to calm me down and eventually was able to get me what I wanted. And
he was always professional and courteous. Did I have a great experience at
your dealership - not exactly. If you had honored the USAA price (which I
confirmed with your internet department 2 days before I arrived) then it
would have been the great experience you expect and I would have highly
recommended your dealership to my friends and family. I hope this feedback

2 years ago for my first Chrysler and was so impressed with the sales and
service teams that I returned just a few days ago for my 2011 Chrysler 200. I
have to say that Abdul was the very best, and most caring sales person I've
ever worked with! I'll definitely be returning when it's time for another
car, and I'll be sending my friends your way. :)
